Frazzled private beta

Your privacy choices.

Version ra1.6-privacy-choices-v3 · setup clarification published 30 September 2026

This clarification applies to the replacement build 19 setup when you use it. Earlier app versions used the invitation and passkey route; their existing records and obligations remain covered by this policy.

Before joining

Choosing local use before accepting online AI removes the new setup credential and label. You can explicitly return to setup from Settings; that does not enable AI until you choose it. A genuine withdrawal remains off.

During the beta

You may:

Email privacy@haymakerlabs.co.uk with the choice or right you want to exercise and enough information to locate the relevant beta record. Do not send a passkey, verification code, invitation or session credential. Proportionate identity verification may be required.

Haymaker Labs aims to acknowledge a request within one business day and complete an ordinary beta action within seven calendar days. This does not reduce the applicable legal deadline. Any refusal or extension will be explained.

What withdrawal does

Withdrawal stops new optional online-AI processing, revokes beta access and sessions, and starts the applicable server-retention and deletion workflow. It does not undo earlier lawful processing or shorten a provider's separately disclosed retention period.

Withdrawal turns AI off immediately on the phone. While server confirmation is pending, the replacement setup retains the credential needed to finish that request. After confirmation it removes the new setup credential, label and consent receipt, keeping only a minimal off marker. This does not erase local planning data, legacy passkeys or every server or provider record, and cannot remotely erase an unopened app or device backups.

What deleting or offloading the app does

Offloading an iPhone app can preserve local app data. Deleting the app removes its local container, subject to Apple device and backup behaviour, but it is not by itself a verified request to delete Haymaker Labs server records. Withdraw in the app or contact the privacy address as well.

What server deletion does

Haymaker Labs applies the verified rights and retention procedure to roster, invitation, account, device, session and pseudonymous operational records. A minimum rights or security case record remains only where individually necessary, with a documented review and deletion date. Physical deletion from asynchronous systems and managed backups may occur after logical authority has ended.

You may request access, correction or erasure of the new installation metadata through the existing privacy address. A Tester ID alone cannot select a record: labels may be shared or incorrect. Do not send the installation credential. If the exact record cannot be established, Haymaker Labs will explain the limitation rather than disclose or erase someone else's information.

Early server erasure may remove label and consent or build metadata while retaining a minimum withdrawal record and operational controls until the existing close plus 30-day deadline. Physical cleanup and backup limits remain as disclosed. These rights procedures add no step to joining or using online AI.

Provider and Apple records

Haymaker Labs cannot promise immediate deletion from OpenAI abuse-monitoring logs or managed backups, or from Apple TestFlight, passkey, App Attest and device-backup systems. See the Frazzled privacy policy for the disclosed limits.

If another person's information was submitted

Contact privacy@haymakerlabs.co.uk without copying that information into the message. Give only the time and online feature involved so Haymaker Labs can pause, minimise or delete the affected information and assess any incident duties.

Objections and complaints

If you object to processing based on legitimate interests, Haymaker Labs will stop unless there are compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed for legal claims. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office or call 0303 123 1113.
