Email support@haymakerlabs.co.uk for beta help. The support mailbox is monitored from 08:00 to 20:00 UK time every day during the evaluation.

Frazzled support is planning and product support. It is not an emergency, medical or mental-health service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.

What to include

Describe the problem and, if useful, give the approximate time and the Frazzled feature involved. Do not send a passkey, verification code, invitation, session credential, full planning record or another person's identifying or sensitive information.

For access, correction, export, restriction, objection, withdrawal or deletion, email privacy@haymakerlabs.co.uk. For a suspected security issue, email security@haymakerlabs.co.uk.
